When the seats in the Monte Carlo are in almost perfect condition, I won't care. I don't want a show car that will sell for over $20,000. I just want a cool looking driving car
Options were: Spent $350 on two new bucket seats and the back bench, or transfer the seats from that car for free |

Good-looking car.
Want to see where it goes.

Nice.
I have an 01 Plymouth Neon, Dark Green. Gets me from A to B. It's cool that you have the ability to restore it though. |

Apostrophes in words like should've and would've go before the v, not after (for some reason it irks me).
ps may she give you the will to pay your dad back. |

No flames. Same color paint with white SS stripes. Even though it's not an SS.
I don't think people had a lot of cars with flames painted on them in 1975. Remember, I'm trying to make this car look like what it did when it was new, not buy all of these new pieces and make it look more modern. CD player is as far as I'll go on that |

Kind of wasteful of gas, isn't it?

I don't think it would get any less than 15 miles per gallon of gas. My dad it should get around 18 - 24, but maybe that's just on the highway.
Honestly, if I get 20 miles per gallon (it doesn't matter what car I have), I'll be happy. |

I don't have many choices when I'm not putting any money into buying a car or buying the parts for it. It was pretty much buy that car or don't get one at all for a few years, and I'm going to need a car. My grandpa owns a 1971 Impala Convertible that he's going to eventually give us, and that car gets even worse gas mileage.
I could drive my dad's 95 Thunderbird, but if I do that he'd be driving the Chevelle. Either way it will be driven. I've been talking to him about doing something to raise the gas mileage the car gets, but I don't know if my dad will do anything about it. Don't know what I could do there |
