Tass clearly states when he will/why he can't post a queue update, I'm sure you can wait. And I'm sure if you were in Tass's position you'd get pissed off when people started nagging on you too.

Really, Tass doesn't have to be doing this, and neither do Shash or JX. We could still have any and every simfile being sent making it in the game with a ton of jacks and running men and bad patterns and offbeat and everything.

Consider yourselves blessed.

ps I wouldn't say no to a metric assload of songs though, Tass. : )

What if we had a standby judge that could fill in for a judge who couldn't work on the queue update at hand?
I'm not bashing Tass, I'm just, well, thinking... it would help avoid this magnitude of a delay, and then maybe there would be a somewhat smaller amount of gaying up in this thread...

this "delay" was caused by Shash being consumed by Guitar Hero. That was over a month of the delay. I caused a further 1 week delay because of my move... and even that wasn't really my fault, given the Time Warner people. I finally got my desktop hooked up last night, and I got all my **** played, tested, and the batch updated today.

damn.

and i'm taking the rest of the day off. tomorrow i'll start putting together this retardedly massive batch. seriously... i expect it to be around 200 songs. although if we can ever finish a batch in a week, all the future batches will be only 20-30 songs. which is more than doable in a day or two.

EDIT: and Sulfer... those bottom 2 of yours I didn't play. So i have no idea... but given that Shash and jx said basically the same thing for both of them, i'm confident they were judged correctly.

Okay, I don't understand a few things. The BPM wasn't constant, but I still made the arrows on sync. Also, I even e-mailed Tass the link to the thread posting it's acceptance and to the artist. It is a re-mix. I guess I'll have to just accept it.. Thanks anyways.

(Not playing it because it doesn't sound like a remix [and even if it's supposed to be one it sounds way too much like the real song] and there's no way we have permission for an FFX song), Tribal Revival ? (32nds are not really necessary, minijacks), Tribal Style +, Tribal Style < (liked the first one a little better, they're both pretty good though), Trisection V2 +, TSUHSUIXAMUSH - (Okay notes went by even when I hit them but it didn't break my combo, file is screwed up or something, also please no flashing backgrounds and one difficulty only), Vertex ALPHA - (Stream really needs to be indexable, many 8th jumps don't really make sense), Viennacore +, Vital Unity ! (Every difficulty shows freeze on the Groove Meter, so I'm not going to bother playing. No freeze in FFR submissions please, also one difficulty only please), World Sound +? (Rhythms near the beginning don't match the song very well, jump use could be a lot better throughout), {Flying Away} +, {Losing Touch} V2 ! (I'm not familiar with V1 in FFR and can't really properly judge this...I doubt it's really necessary to have a V2 though), {Midnight} +, {Sunlight} +? (The part with all those 24ths is overstepped, including the 16th parts there, also some of your stream seems pitch relevant but some of it seems like random nonindexable--you've gotta be either indexable or pitch relevant), ~Absolute Zero~ +? Tass clearly states when he will/why he can't post a queue update, I'm sure you can wait. And I'm sure if you were in Tass's position you'd get pissed off when people started nagging on you too. Really, Tass doesn't have to be doing this, and neither do Shash or JX. We could still have any and every simfile being sent making it in the game with a ton of jacks and running men and bad patterns and offbeat and everything. Consider yourselves blessed. ps I wouldn't say no to a metric assload of songs though, Tass. : )

That was over a month of the delay. I caused a further 1 week delay because of my move... and even that wasn't really my fault, given the Time Warner people. I finally got my desktop hooked up last night, and I got all my **** played, tested, and the batch updated today. damn. and i'm taking the rest of the day off. tomorrow i'll start putting together this retardedly massive batch. seriously... i expect it to be around 200 songs. although if we can ever finish a batch in a week, all the future batches will be only 20-30 songs. which is more than doable in a day or two. EDIT: and Sulfer... those bottom 2 of yours I didn't play. So i have no idea... but given that Shash and jx said basically the same thing for both of them, i'm confident they were judged correctly. __________________ RIP
