ps - i still think my 2nd ffr league was run the best. but, i'm biased.

i've now played in all 4 major ffr tournaments, and not finished in the top8 of any of them. i was even in intermediate in the 2 league tournaments.

3rd official, if i get to stay in advanced (which i think is likely), i'll be top8, guarenteed. free for all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

also... scottish is the only person over 300k credits. unless someone has cheated credits somehow, which is possible, i guess.

scott has like 323k. smitty and lump are both under. could probably have jason check the db and see exactly how many are over 200k, over 100k, etc etc. i know a few months ago there were only like 17 people over 100k. that was before the credit cap increase to 40 though. there are probably about 17 people over 200k now, and closer to 40 or so over 100k

I'll likely be hosting all future official tourneys until I decide to give it up.

i have a feeling he'll want me help with the initial signups. potentially with round 1 as well.


and i think we'll be discussing tournament related things in the near future. we'd like to start up another one soon. have one run all summer, if possible.

I'll be on vacation from May to sometime in June, so not during that time, preferably.

But yeah, we'll talk about it 'n stuff.

Initial signups actually won't be a big problem this time, as I won't have any regular commitments (like the lab) over the summer. Don't know how it'll go once the schoolyear starts, but if the tourney runs into then it'll probably be near the end anyway, which isn't a very time-intensive period for a tourney.

wait a sec...the highest level was by Bill and that was a 38 or 36. How does reach have a level of 43? Did he beat bill an insane number of times?

Bill's was 28.

Reach's level was gotten using the old system, which was quite different and allowed for very high levels to be attained.

cool good job jugglin. was that 'i suck im gonna get owned' thing like an actual strategy or did you actually think you were going to get pummeled? even if it wasnt a strategy i guess it worked. man i want that mystery prize lol too bad i got 10th place in beginner. oh well first tourney not too bad.
