You obviously have very limited knowledge of computers, so let me explain something to you: Filling up a lot of space on your computer in no-way shape or form slows the computer. Windows needs a certain amount of hard drive space to run efficiently, and as long as you have that much free (less than a gig or so), your computer will not be any slower than usual.

Hard drive space is meant to be filled. It doesn't do you any good just sitting there empty (well, you can do a few things with it, but in general filling up space does not cause any harm).

Also about the NSFW section in the forums, I agree. However, due to the fact that you have to be 13 to view these forums and most of the forums aren't even legal age to view Hentai, it might be hard to pass through.

Laws regarding drawn porn seem a little ridiculous to me. I mean, can you really get a 12 year old, or even a 15 year old in trouble for drawing some cartoon porn if they like that sort of thing?

But I guess at the same time, everyone who's underage is a walking landmine of legal ramifications (their pants fall down in public and someone happens to have taken a picture - is that child porn?). This reminds me of....

They arrested a minor for taking pictures of his naked girlfriend with a camera phone so my answer is yes they would.

On that subject I know a site with an NSFW forum and the guy doesn't give a **** about who goes there. Mainly because he's 16 himself.
