Lemme think... Captain Novalin! In it, you were a diabetic super hero that had to avoid large donuts with crazy eyes and hamburgers and stuff and pick up carrots, and then in between levels, you had to answer questions about diabetes and do a syringe mini-game where you measure out your insuline. It was weird as crap.

Captain Novalin!? WTF... if it was about diabetes, shouldn't his name have been Captain Insulin?
