Well, actually thats not quite what I was thinking (my fingers have a mind of their own lol)
I wanted to say that it would make being on the forums and such kinda retarded. It would be a constant barrage of "oh, i AAAd uber rave" when it would probably be like an extremely easy version, or something like a v3.
One thing I don't get though, how would it make it more like DDR?
Also, don't get confused, if the song was remixed and steps were made for that, that would make the game a bit better.

A v1 of Uber Rave is like the challenge step chart on DDR.
The v2 is like heavy, and then making each new version slightly easier would be like decreasing the difficulty in DDR.

I'd just add more steps to it, like 1/2 notes and whole notes only. that way, the song will be a little harder and will have more points.
