Can't buy songs, need admin help

for some reason when i try to buy songs, it says that my account could not be debited, please contact an admin. sooooo, yeah, what is wrong?

Do you have enough credits for the song(s) you are trying to buy?

likely it has to do with either browser settings, network settings, or firewall settings.

my advice: try buying them in IE if you're using FF. beyond that, try turning off your firewall and then buying them. still using IE. IE > FF for FFR.

I use FF for FFR and it runs perfectly. Nothing ever going wrong, not even lag.

i have 1200 credits or so, im buying neo max, i tried on 5 different comps, 3 different browsers, and i still cant. it tis my name

i doubt it is your name.... :-/ exag0n hasn't had any problems... nor has lumphoboextreme. so that rules out the length and the 0.

i use flock at home, ff at my neighbor's, and ie at school. doesnt work for any of them. ( kno flock is based of FF so therefor is basicly FF)

I don't there's any way to get "banned" from buying songs. And you're probably just doing something wrong but I have no idea what it could be.
