Official FFR information on 4/14 Convention - Page 12

I am making it up, as a matter of fact, I am in the car right now driving with my father. He has to go up to Michigan for the weekend, so I though,"HEY DAD!!! You know you want to drive me to Bowling Green, OH for a convention right?" Him,"Whatever Andrea." So, I hope to be there soon, our first stop in Battle Creek, MI, then I head back down tomorrow to go see you guys. I am really excited about it, I drove for North Carolina just to go. (Can you tell I wanted to go?). We just hit like, a 867 miles marker for our trip, and I think we have about 129 miles to go, (Looks at nearby sign.) Yeah, 129 miles till we get to Battle Creek. Well, I will keep you updated on how my trip is going.

There is a 3 day anime convention coming here (houston, Texas). I know FFR has virtually nothing to do with anime but that would still be cool if they had a booth =]

@afro - what other way were you planning on taking? Detroit isnt that messed up on 75. I just went north and south easter weekend and it was smooth sailing. BUT YOU WILL HAVE TROUBLE at exit 35 thru exit 27. I live right off of exit 32 and there is so much construction it is unbelievable. It goes down to one lane and i sat in that **** for over an hour. If you want, you can call me and i can tell you how to get around all the construction. Its really easy. PM me if you want my number. Or you can just follow me depending on what time youre leaving?

@andrea - you can stay in my hotel room if you need to

theres an anime festival over here (arizona) , im pretty sure its in the summer, ive never been to it but i heard it was big, ffr needs to come ^.^

lol, 34 hour trip. Even if you left now I dont even think you'd catch the end of the convention :P Welp, looking closely at the map, I think I should have some smooth sailing getting to and from Bowling Green, but I have an odd feeling it's when I get into the area that i'll be completely lost.. Hoping to be there around noon to 2pm tomorrow, then I'll stay til I get kicked out or til a cosplaying hentai girl askes me to come with her

bowling green is to far for me(3 1/2 hour drive)=(
theres a 1/1000 chance ill be there<

Yeah I'll be taking I-75 through all the way, if you want to explain the shortcut to me, I can take a look at the map and hope it doesnt confuse me =x (Daaang didn't know my siggy background matched my avatar background so well) Oh, I got the coolest car too, so if anyone see's a black Grand AM GT that just sorta sticks out.. (decals, spoiler, side graphics, shiny rims) that'd be me

I would really like to see pics of the admins. Just because i have no clue what they look like. I have already seen what tasselfoot looks like, and all i know about jason is that currently his face is a bowl thing with leaves.... (Reffering to the picture on his profile)

Also I would love to see some pictures from the convention itself! is there going to be computers? DDR Pads? Cabinets? ASIANS!?!?!

Plus I would love to go but can't. It's like, what? a 3 day drive?
PS. I live in Canada.......not shnitzle........

Construction starts at exit 37ish.
I suggest getting off the expressway at any exit thru there, and going to Fort Street. Take it all the way (it turns into I-75 South) Where you come back onto 75 is right after the construction, so you totally dodge an hour of traffic.

Call me if you want a better explanation., im PM'ing you my number.

And if anyone else wants to know more detail on how to aviod that spot, just PM me your number and ill call you tonight after work.

When I said "****ed up ****" I meant the other roads I'd have to take to bypass Detroit (so as to avoid traffic) which would give me a lot of room for error, meaning I'd probably **** up and get lost. Traffic shouldn't be a real problem on Saturday though, right?
