Turn on Marvelous, it may help the score.

i hate marvelous's

it's the principal of the thing... nothing should be better than perfect...

plus playing DDR in the arcade you don't get marvelous's unless it's the nonstop courses

I had 24 misses there, still a C

Elipsis,

I'm impressed IF you didn't hold any bars while doing the streams.

dmleet, i did not... i did have one bounce off the bar between the final eight note run and the triplets (how many bpm do those come out to?) at the end...

ya know where u just lean on the bar... realize the songs not over (i knew it wasn't... my body wanted it to be) and then push off of it again to finish

gotta work on stamina... =/

Wow.
That is a pretty low score, especially for a fairly easy song (I know that's on feet by the way).
Without the bar I've had 300+ combo and a high A.. to recap my score it was 89 greats 5 good 2 boo 2 miss.
With I've AA'd, 33 greats 2 good 1 boo 2 miss.
In the arcade ofc, but my adapter doesn't register UD and LR buttons properly, and haven't had the money/chance to get a new one. I'll show you my score here at home when I do.

EDIT - Nice job anyways. But at the arcade, that's a definite fail.

Really evlipeer? That's awesome. I'm hoping to get that good this summer and buy a metal pad and just play the crap out of it for many many months.

The day I A that thing will be a wicked good day for me, I know someone who B'd it... I've had a higher C but the A is at least a month away.

Curiously, is your pad at home soft or hard? I have some theories about 10 foot songs and soft pads that I'm trying to prove in my own head... they seem alot easier at home because of the ability to slide jumps without getting your feet caught in the groove... especially on Maxx unlimited and LoM.

Oh and you probably found out already, but the EMS USB adapter is IMO the best one to get, works 2 players and of course fixes the UD LR problem.

Yep It does fix the problem.
I'm probably gonna stop by the local China town to pick one up.
My pad at home is Metal, Red Octane. Cost me a good $300 (well, my parents bought it for me ).
MaxX Unlimited is pretty hard at home.. no bar, etc.
But yeah, keep working on it. It won't be long before you A Max 300. The only problem you have now is probably just the fact on moving fast enough, and you get too tired. I played it 18 times in 1 day when I AA'd it, damn song took me 15 tries before I actually finally got it.

But yeah, keep working on it. Try playing it 1-3 times everytime you play DDR, you'll improve on it fast.

EvilPeer, how long have you had this red octane metal pad?

I'm going to be buying a metal one in the coming weeks... and I don't know if it's worth it or not. I've actually seen metal pads break, our universities DDR club got 2 metal ones and one of them went down within a week... kinda shook my confidence in 'em, but i don't htink they were redOctane.

Also, if a metal pad breaks wouldn't it probably be more easily repairable than a ripped soft pad, I can sauder if neccisary, but is it even possible to disassemble the metal ones, or are you just screwed?

Nah.. mine is easy to disassemble.
I've had it for atleast 4 months now, and it's still in mint condition. I am always looking after it, so it stays in tip top condition.
