But seriously... isn't there a shockwave that goes straight through to the knee when you flatfoot? It's painful.

Also, I find it kind of offensive when someone's flatfooting 2 machines away from me on a lvl 10 and they're STILL drowning out my song with the stomping noises. Like, really offensive.

Slow songs are ok for that, though. Since you don't have to stomp as much as just step.
