I changed the KEY...And i sat around for 2 hours trying to get it to sound as close as i could to the original 4 measure piece that was given to us....

Creativity and originality would go under Composition and Arrangement.

If by effects you mean sound effects, that would be composition and arrangement too.

And if he did rip something from a Fl Packaged song, give him a chance to do another song , espeicially if he didnt mean to do it (if not meaning to is possible).
