If you submit it to this pack, then it will be exclusive to this pack until the pack is released.

If you submit it to FFR then you can do whatever you want with it, but it's not going in the pack.

I might not though because i'm making a pack and they're all going in it. I might submit 1 to this pack for kicks though. =]

They can't already be in any database and they can't be in any database until 3 months after the release of the pack.
