1) You can't do it for the ass. It can get lost in there and you might require a visit to emerg. Putting something up your vag poses no risk - there's nowhere for it to go. The vag isn't just an endless tunnel of guts like the ass is.
2) Women wear tampons. We can't feel tampons. Think about it - we wouldn't be able to feel this either.
3) The teeth are on the inside, so no risk of self-harm.
