I'm sorry if this post is very stupid and inaccurate, feel free to correct me.
There's many, many different brands of hot dogs/hot dog buns, meaning you'll find hot dogs/hot dog buns in varying quantities. Not every thing of hot dogs has ten hot dogs. I've seen packs with five, 20, 30.. Just like you can find differently sized boxes of cereal and differently sized things of milk.
