I play using the spread method, 2 on the numbad area and two on the directional buttons.

I play with one hand, three fingers. The index and ring finger handle left and right while the middle finger does up and down. For that is the way GOG intended (maybe). PS: I didn't really mean that bah thing... don't hate me....

I use 2 hands triple setup.
left pinky-left arrow right thumb-down arrow right pinky-up arrow left thumb-right arrow left index-4 key back of my right hand-mash the **** out of the numpad left big toe-z or x key (covers up and right)
