I'm thinking about quitting MS. It really has become boring as hell. I'm also tired of having to deal with hackers and selfish people who want 50% off on something stupid. GMS has pretty much been torn up by hackers. Call me when GMS actually becomes FUN. Anyways, I'll see what I can do to start playing JMS.

PS: About to quit Audition too. It's stupid now. Plus, I get dc'd every 5 minutes, AND it friggin slows my computer down, so it's pretty much over for Audition too. And any other game that has Nexon on it.

PSS: If I don't quit, I'm thinking about doing a differental build. I'm thinking about skipping maxing either invincible OR bless, and just pumping into HA. If everything goes well, I can have HA maxed by lvl 64, giving me 18 points of leeway to plop into something stupid. Maybe EB...

You can do whatever you want.. it's your character. If you're getting bored, make new characters or fool around on a friend's character. Going back to your character is a big refreshment after that. And someone get on JMS now and come to crows ;_;

I would've preferred an respectful answer. But anyways, WTF do you mean by AR. And I only said that because I was uber discouraged at first. Then I got good at it, and fell in love with it. >_<

Damnit, why the hell must everyone complain about how HA sucks. All I really want is a VERY descriptive answer to if I should start lvling HA or not. That is ALL I want, not anything like "lol HA sucks dont lvl it". Sheesh, I hate GMS people so much now...

Anyways, I took the liberty of investing into a semi-clean lama. It's 58 m.atk, and one of its slots are used. But what the hey, at least I can scroll it with 60%'s and get some good use out of it.

Well I have no experience as a cleric, but from what I've seen, I would max bless over Holy Arrow. As a fighter, the +20 accuracy helps a fair bit

I'll give you the most descriptive answer I can.

Holy Arrow is 80 base attack when maxed. That's 30 SPs. Claw is 40*2 when maxed. You most likely already have this skill.

Now, Fire Arrow (the closest skill to Holy Arrow) is base 120 when maxed. It is also 30 SPs to max. Fire Arrow becomes base 180 on fire weak monsters.

Now, notice this: Holy Arrow becomes base 120 when taking into account holy weakness. This means that Holy Arrow at it's best is the same as Fire Arrow when it's neutral.

Next point: Heal will always be your primary damage dealer until you have SR (I'll get to the SR>HA point later). In short, you will ALWAYS be fighting with Heal in mobs of undeads. If the monster you are at is not undead, you are not fighting for exp. If there are not mobs of the monster you are at, you are not fighting for exp. Yes, Holy Arrow can be effective for dealing damage in single hit instances, but heal is also very effective. In this manner, Heal does triple duty: Decent single target hit, heals your HP to full, decent AoE skill.

Now onto SR>HA. Yes, SR makes HA completely obsolete and there is almost no way that as a priest, you would skip SR. The only thing to do if you skip SR, is max door and doom and that really won't get you anywhere anyway.

Finally, there is the matter of wasted SPs. If you max Holy Arrow, you must take away SPs from teleport, bless, or MP eater. If you're completely retarded, you could also take SPs from heal or invincible. Notice that heal, invincible, and bless are 1000% important as a priest. Teleport is also a HUGE bonus if it's maxed. MP eater is great, but if you're maxing Holy Arrow, the only decent thing to do is leave MP eater at 1.

Not only all of this, but the skill also sucks because of it's relatively low range.

So in the end, the reasons to not max Holy Arrow are:

• It is weak.
• Heal works just as well as HA does at single target hits for pulling mobs, and at the same time, heal will heal you full. Even if I had max HA, I would never even use it to
• It costs too many SPs.
• SR makes it obsolete.
• It takes away SPs from other skills.
• The skills it takes away SPs from do not ever become obsolete, and those skills would always continue to help you, even as you become a priest and later a bishop.
• Crap range.

The reasons to get HA are only:

• Do a bit more damage in single target hit instances (this is irrelevant mostly due to the fact that undeads mob and as a cleric/priest you won't be in a very good position to be hunting things you wouldn't normally just level on).
• For looks. (which can easily be obtained by simply putting 1 SP in the skill).

And finally I see you're mentioning a lama. I wouldn't bother. Save the money you would spend on scrolling it and get yourself a black umbrella later. I'm pretty sure scrolled lamas can be better than black umbrellas, but there is no way in hell you could scroll something that godly on what you have already. If you really want a bit more power, I would say to 100% the lama (it's already ruined by an empty slot, right?) or just start using magic pills if you're not already. If that's not enough for you, scroll your cape or earrings. Get yellow WG if you haven't already, and if you have already, get BETTER yellow WG. It's really not worth your time/money to dump into a lama that:

#1: sucks.
#2: should be replaced once you get to a higher level.

Besides, as a lukless, you should already be bit ahead of the unfunded curve.

The other day I asked Jeff if I gave him an arten and he said I had given it to you. I thought I had given it to MM (who, as far as I know, may still be using it if he actually was the one I gave it to).

Either way, you probably have a dark arten and you probably never use it so you think I could use it for a while?

Thanks afro, I understand completely now. I'm currently 80k poor right now, so I'll prolly spend time at platoons, get a couple of glove atk drops, and sell them for profit. And I don't have a yellow WG, so I'll see what I can do in terms of getting one. And I'll think about 100% my lama. Really, my old lama was 61 m.atk with 0 slots left, with no INT bonus, so a 3 INT loss isn't a big deal. I'll prolly end up 100%'ing this lama, which will give me 64 m.atk (and I might throw in a 60% or so to get a lil' bit of INT also).

Dude, 60% scroll costs like 2 mil or more in FM.

They add 2 magic attack and 1 int. That means it really adds 3 magic attack per scroll.

Now, 100% scrolls cost MUCH less. They add 1 magic attack. So you'll be saving many millions of mesos and only being about 10 magic attack weaker> This 10 magic attack can easily be made up in magic pills and by scrolling other gear which will be with you until the end (ie cape, earrings, or simply paying for a glove or helm).

I haven't stopped playing. It's just hard to play alot because there are so many hackers at Grupins that I can't train without getting frustrated.
