I have this insane inability to correctly guess someone's gender from their posts. (Unless they mention their own gender or make it obvious, such as complaining about tampons.)
I think it's a lower stereotype behaviour expectancy for gender. Yeah, it probably is. (Oh yeah, I also always envision a person's avatar to be the way that person looks, even if it's not a human.)
