It's harder for people to understand the words chosen by the author if they haven't read One Piece. It makes a lot more sense when you read it in the context it was used. It holds both comedic and importance. =]

I've never felt an earthquake before. That's kind of odd considering I've lived in San Jose for years now.
Several people from school IMed and asked if I felt the quake too.. I didn't. It makes me feel kind of left out.. |

Where in California? I'm in San Diego and I didn't feel anything.
I grew up with Earthquakes, so it's not that big of a deal unless it's a big one. I was in the San Fernando Valley during the Northridge earthquake...massive destruction. |

Apparently it was in Northern Cali in the Bay Area. My friends felt it but I didn't feel a thing. Weird...

I felt nothing. Then again, here in La Jolla, there is this convenient little military base that likes to fly very loud airplanes.

Yea...if you're down here at the Kemah Boardwalk for 4th of July when they launch off fireworks, you'll constantly hear car alarms. The fireworks are so loud, you could hear them at least five to ten miles out.

We once had a 4.3 earthquake when we were on vacation in Greece. Only one I felt in my life, where I live nothing happens. No earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, massive snowfall...only some floods here and there. So boring.
Congrats with your 4.2 |

Here in Antioch I felt the couches and vases shaking, but I'm pretty sure it was a 4.2 'quake.
