I am not double jointed, I just do lots and lots and lots of yoga and stretching.. and that picture is almost a year old... I can bend way more than that and in various of ways. It can be mind boggling and make you have head explodie powers when you see it.. either that or just j*zz all over yourself inside your pants.

*Yoga and meditation are really helpful in relaxing the muscles and nerves and you tend to be more calm and neutral.. hence why I don't just kill people on mp chat.*

(Maybe that will keep me from nearly beating the crap out of people during gym. Do you have to clear your mind/something similar for this kind of meditation? Because I have never been able to clear my mind for more than half a second. I think rather fast, and I can start a whole accidental chain of thought from noticing one small detail.)

*Nah, I listen to heavy metal when I do yoga and meditate along with my dad screaming and what not. I have an inner happy place with my music since I enjoy it so much. That's what relaxes my nerves enough to just concentrate.*
