Anyone know a good site that gives information on this? I have a BNS-DX Ultra mat that I got off buynshop.com and it just randomly stopped working. The sensors still make the lights work properly but no steps or anything register. If I plug it into 2nd player on my playstation, it can't detect the mat in 1st or 2nd spot. Anyone know what the problem might be, or a site I can go to that might help me fix it?

How long did you have it for? If all of the arrows just stopped working all at once, obviously you weren't treating it like shit, cuz if you did, 1 arrow would stop working...then another one a week later...etc.. Check the buynshop.com's policy/garantee thingy. you can prolly get your money back or something.

I believe if you contact the company about it they will simply replace it.

The warranty expires after 30 days... and I've had them for quite some time... the mat stopped working a couple months ago, but I bought the pads in the summer. The arrows were all working fine, but then one day I plugged it into my ps and it just stopped working completely. Now I want to see if I can fix it because the other one I bought is starting to screw up (just the sensors because of frequent use, not like the first one)

Are they mats or pads? Mats being the crappy plastic things while pads being the awesome hard things.

Ice you should still contact the company and explain the situation. I've heard their customer service is pretty friendly about these things.
Varia, it's a foam insert pad. Not as good as metal, but a hell of a lot better than the freaking madcatz pads heh
