No, I guarantee you it does not work. I've played songs like runny many times, and had them add up to many different numbers, and I'm sure I didn't use hidden arrows any of those times.

if u do the whole song,dont hit any secret arrows,and do the whole thing,add up ur perfects goods averages and misses and that = the arrow amount
