Default DS WI-FI help

I need help since there is a problem with my connection. I have no conrol over the wirless modem.

i know the WEP code and everything, becuase i go into the settings on my DS and i test the connection. it's all green, full bars, and then in a minute or two, plop. the connection shows it loses all bars and says connection failed. I dont think the computer has to do anything with it. The code has problems, or i have no clue what else is wrong with it.

What is the Error code it gives you?
If there is no code, please contact nintendo of america at www.nintendo.com

Yea, I'm a support person on their forums.

No it doesn't, it hates me. I have to disable my firewalls and everything. Eventually I connect and then get owned at Tetris DS by like an 8 year old becuase my connection stalls out. o_O

Sorry for double posting but I know the answer. Disable your firewalls and block all traffic.

If that doesnt work look up some info on updating your firmware. Im not sure if you need to for wireless activites, but that happened too on my PS2 until I updated my firmware. Just a thought.
