My threads die easily. Well, here are my scores.
A sightread AAA. It can be kinda an easy song, but it's a AAA on Heavy/Challenge! ![]() Another Sightread AAA while I was doing "Mission AA" which is to AA all DDR's songs. Not much, but it's an accomplishment. ![]() My last Sightread AAA, the same song as above, but on Challenge difficulty. ![]() Now for some keyboard songs. I'm a one hander, remember. And I won't turn 2 handed unless I can train both my hands to do Stepmania (which I did once.) One for Seniorita (Speedy Mix). Sightread. ![]() Sightread on Super Mario Bros Dirty Mix. It's kinda easy for me. ![]() Last score, Born to Be Bone. This is a sightread. ![]() I hear doing very hard songs over and over can help you, so I'm also doing that. I need to practice Voltage and Stream. Any sims for that?

i think this is just how high a combo you have. so if you play a large song and FC it, the voltage bar will be max'd out.
this, i heard, is only how well you do on 8th streams. isn't chaos the 16th stream rating? i guess so, since daikenkai has no 16th notes, and your chaos is at zero. anyways, good job; i remember a while ago when i also played daikenkai challenge to see how good of a AAA i could get, and i got almost that exact same score XD. |

Man, you might wanna increase your cmod, and work on MA, and play some easier songs perhaps.

He was playing DDR songs. I don't think you can get much easier than that.

I'm sure I've told this story to a few people...
When I first started playing SM (during the summer), I played Quasar a few times everyday. I went from a C to a low AA in a month. That's pretty much how I developed my stream MA/PA. The end! Anyways, build your speed first, then work on MA. Start with onbeat songs. |

There's nothing else you can do besides the stuff you are already doing. Play stuff that is hard for you, you should improve rapidly.
If you're AAA-ing DDR songs you shouldn't work on MA for now.. |

I swear you have posted that EXACT same thing in every single brag board thread since you joined the site.
On another note, play more Quasar and Ageha. If you have to, use 0.8x or 0.9x speed until you can pass them, then build up to passing those songs at normal speed.

I'm trying Quasar at different music rates. I first tried out 0.5x, and here's my score.
![]() It's a AA! I made a chart on how the different music rates might affect my score. The only real score is the 0.5x, rest are just ones I came up with that might make sense. Here it is: ________________ |Music Rate|Grade| | 0.5x | AA | | 0.6x | A | | 0.7x | B | | 0.8x | C | | 0.9x | D | |1.0x and up| E | |_______________| Best graph ever W00t! And I don't have sound so this is without sound.

Please raise your speedmod. I think it would help you out a lot.

C500 on 0.5x music rate = C250.
How the hell do you even read that slow? For 0.5x I'd have to have it at C1340. Still, keep trying, you might improve you never know. |

This score is a Non-sightread if you people wanted to know. I'm not good with very fast speed mods.

Sightread = First attempt at the song, you have never seen the steps before, thus you are "sight reading" the song. Rather than knowing the song and steps and "step reading" or "song reading".

Yeah...I noticed that amongst the SM scores regulars, I have an unusually low CMOD (like dAnce).\
But C250? Rofl! |

Ieat - it's just that he is using his usual Cmod of C500 for everything, instead of realising that you need to increase or decrease your Cmod accordingly.
Pongy, listen to what I've said ^^. If you want to get your scores better, even on lower rates, then try to make sure your Cmod matches the rate. If you use C500 then use C500 for all rates, i.e.: 0.5x = C1000 (as C500/0.5 = 1000) 0.6x = C833 (as C500/0.6 = 833) etc. This way you will always be using your best Cmod. |
