What? They're not that hard, they just need a lot of funding. Considering all the hackers with all of these scrolls and scrolled items, it wouldn't be that bad.

Also, I forgot that they only need strength for their weapons, but that helps, if anything.

I dunno how much dex affects minimum damage, but if it's significant, well, that'd suck hard. Does mastery do enough?

They're awesome for islanders. Before this, the best weapon was leather purse and was pretty darn rare drop from red snails. Roses are fairly common drops from multiple monsters and are stronger.

They're also cool for showing off in Victoria and beyond I guess.

I don't really play spearmen, even when vaccing. I mean I do, just not often.

It'd make sense for mastery to do a lot more, but that's just my opinion. I wouldn't really know. It does affect accuracy pretty significantly, though. Someone with low dex will have trouble hitting high level stuff without dex raising equipment.

I only had one. I think, in the past 3 days, I got like 3 envelopes, including this one. So, it's pretty much a luck thing with the envelopes.

I got a red envelope about 5 kills into the new patch. Then I got another one like 10 minutes later. Then I stopped mass-killing easy crap (Grupins and Jetis) and haven't gotten one at pirates so far. XP

If you run the numbers, str does more for your min damage than dex, except for when you don't have mastery. Example numbers using spears (since spears/polearms get the worst min damage benefit from str):

50 attack spear with 100str/10dex and 10% mastery = 18~254
50 attack spear with 10str/100dex and 10% mastery = 51~75

50 attack spear with 100str/10dex and 60% mastery = 86~254
50 attack spear with 10str/100dex and 60% mastery = 58~75

So yeah, dex blows ass. Even if you're making a pure beginner, the upper range is so much better than having stable crappy damage and pure str is a much better idea.

Yeah, a handful out of how many? No-dex (and even low-dex) warriors aren't nearly as common as low-dex sins or luckless mages, I'd say. It's really hard to support a warrior and have to rely on all those accuracy equips. It's basically impossible to do as your first character, and is very very expensive, despite the relative cheapness of acc equips to attack/str ones. It's not like luckless mages and low dex sins where it's pretty much always cheaper (at least I'm fairly certain low dex sins are cheaper? Correct me if I'm wrong). *shrug*

Low dex warriors are about 60 dex and below.. >_> Normal is around 70-90. High is above 90.

Oh, and there are a ton of normal dex sins.



EDIT: So.. even being banned, the hacker can charge fraud NX. Primo was just charged a few days ago and he's been banned since Suuushi. >_>

If a person gets banned for NX fraud is there any hope for them? I would think paypalling them the cost of the frauded NX plus any fees they'd have to pay for it would set things straight, especially if there is reasonable doubt that it wasn't you who charged the NX fraudulently.

I mean, especially if you have a history of legit NX or if you have a history of no NX before that. It'd be pretty obvious what is malicious attack and what is real fraud.

Technically, I just have 10 luk instead of the required 4. Anyways, I have just sat down and said "**** Dream Relics". They're too tacky. T_T

EDIT: The 100 blue tickets I have on Basil has JUST risen to 1.6 mil. Blue Tickets are apparently on high demand, and alot of people have gone ga-ga over them.
EDIT: Another check, and the current bid is now 1.8 mil. I wouldn't be surprised if the bid went over 2 mil.

And the 2nd picture is of a lukless weapon that's better then a black umbrella =] This guy is going to be i/l pure int so it should be fun once I can kill crows... Haha leveling in JMS is piss easy. Cam: That's from Taiwan MS, I think? The world tour NPC takes you all over the "world" by letting you visit various "exclusive" areas. She'll even take you to Jipang. If we go the route certain versions are going, rather than getting the big pellican to take us to Jipang, we'll get the World Tour lady that will take us to Jipang and other "exclusive" areas. None of it is any good, really.

Well, I think I heard about some NPC-buyable pots in some exclusive area. Or maybe it was Riprey. I will have to look...

EDIT: Oh yeah, speaking of Riprey, I need you to figure out what quest I need to do to open up the Ellinian entrance to Riprey. It's gonna suck having to go to Orbis and THEN to Riprey once I graduate to leveling there. I wish I could go back and forth quickly, without two boat rides. XD

I was shopping around for a Dark Slain in the Free Market, and I came across a 10% DEF for Cape scroll for 50k. I'm pretty sure, no, I KNOW it's almost worthless, but I bought it anyway. So then I thought, "What the hell. Why not," and used it on my cape. It worked.

I'm still really bad with scrolls and scrolled item prices, so I don't even know if I just lost money or not. Either way, I thought it was worth the lol.
