Can anyone tell me how much HP a normal build cleric heals themself for with level 1 heal?

I remember doing around 30-40. It wasn't even enough to compete with red pots, which was gayyyyyyyyyyyyy. =\

And I'm pretty sure Squeek still knows the info to his JMS account. It has a 3X sin and nothing else, IIRC. I think he said he'd be willing to give it away. Also, as far as knowing Japanese goes, the only part where that matters is questing and job advancements. For 2nd job, the choices (Page, Fighter, Spearman, for example) are in English AND Japanese, so you don't have to worry about that. For 3rd job, well....we've handled that. And 4th job doesn't have any choices or tests involved, so that'll be fine if we get that far. Some things are a bit tricky, but I've managed to scroll items and PQ in JMS without knowing any Japanese, so you'll be fine.

Also, JMS prices are hilarious. I posted some screenshots before, I think, let's see if imageshack still has them...



Be warned, though, you won't have as much money at level X as you would in GMS, because the exp is so much faster. There are some good things, though. All the umbrellas (as far as I know) drop in JMS, as well as tubes and surfboards. All my characters have red tubes from green mushrooms, I think? And my cleric has a green umbrella (in between wooden wand and yellow umbrella, it's good stuff) from crows, I think. I haven't really had to buy much of anything, it's awesome. =)

EDIT after Cam: Really, you don't need to know Japanese. The people tend to be pretty quiet. If they say anything, I just ignore them and they think I'm an asshole or something and leave me alone. =P

EDIT2: Oh yeah, I rediscovered my old account name. I had made one a long time ago, but when I went back to JMS I forgot the account name and made a new one. I was looking around for the image that tells how to register and happened to find a SS containing the old account name. So I have an extra account somebody can use (it just has a level 11 or so warrior on it, named wwwFFRcom). =P

I do have a level 33 (34?) Assassin on Sakura that I'm willing to give to a good cause.

I don't know how to change the password on the account and I'm hesistant to just give it away lest I really trust the person to whom it goes.

Unda, I played your sin and it felt a little, err, oddly built...to say the least. Level 31, 4 in haste, 90 luk, 70 something dex. It's more fun in terms of actually playing, though, than any other class I've played except priests.

I've had sins and stuff, but his was still pretty fun.

Yea, I was getting tired of being slow, so I boosted up my haste early.
Sorry there are only kumbis on there, I sold my icicles to buy a red whip.

Tell me another way I'd have a shot at being able to use my atk glove at places like viks and grims without missing and without having bless or spending 20mil+ on better accuracy equips when I'm now sitting at 6mil.

Keeto, you can clean my account out if you want. There's at least 20m mesos and probably a few more mil worth of items (actually I just remembered a 60% glove atk, so definitely a few mil more)

Eric, come to JMS then =D I'm mainly doing it to improve my Japanese and it'll be more fun if more kiddos from FFR play too. I'm planning on making an i/l mage for bains with Noah hahaha. We'll see how that goes.

It just feels really whacked, but I'm not saying it's bad.

It's better than the average, I just have standards of perfection: 4str/4int/perfect dex/luk. If it's anything but that, I did it wrong.

I know, you people here at FFR say it differently, but most of the places I visit always put the 4's first, so yeah.
