One hand pushes you more and gives more of a challenge, which makes it fun. As a two hander myself, I still like to play one handed, or even left handed. With how good I've been getting, its fun to actually have challenges.

I like to play 1 handed...because thats how I started this game. I kept the tradition...

plus its 10 times as hard, and I like a good challenge. 2 handed is so much easier. You don't get tired 2 handed (you can depending on the song, but you get tired 100x as fast with 1 hand) and it takes way more skill to hit complex, fast patterns with 1 hand.

And yea nima, you can't beat me with your 2 extra fingers...so even if you can go a bit faster...this games more about accuracy and technique rather than pure speed...

I played 1 hand for too long. It was about 8 months before I switched to two hands. I haven't played one hand for more than 3 songs in a row since then, thus my one hand is horrendous now.

Well, actually last week I spent a fun day playing one hand and got like 1 miss on CIA Rave or somethin'. I can't stand one hand, it was fun but two hands just makes it so much easier. There's a physical limitation to one hand that is ridiculous to have to play with.

I play on the arrow keys.

As for how I turn.. I turn. I got used to it. The way I do those spins on Otaku Speedvibe.. I have no clue, I don't think I can put it into writing, I just do it.

And yes, I play on index's because it's easier.

Mass lefts are like the hardest thing to do on 4 finger. Unless you were talking about 2 index or 1 hand or something(they're easy as hell on those).

it's so true, I always screw up the 42484648424 's and other such mass left combo's. My left middle finger is so weak.

that's just straight up practice.
Play reach's stepfiles, it's his favorite pattern, he uses it in just about every single one he's done. You'll get used to it. But yes it is one of the more challenging patterns for 4 finger players.

mass lefts are super easy for me.. probably because i use two hands 4 fingers.. but i still have problems with mass rights..
6462646268646268646862... that just kills me.. short streams of like 20-30 arrows are do-able.. but anything larger than that messess me up..

btw wtg or learning the turns arch.. no more excuses eh?..

Nonononono like I said

I still suck at songs like caprice because those can't be done correctly with index fingers on arrow keys nomatter what. Your fingers bump into eachother. I also can't do them if they have no flow (i.e. if they sort of don't connect the patterns correctly)

well, on certain songs 2 hands does alot better. plus, you become limited potentially with 1 hand or indexs or whatever. But I still play like that once in a while just for fun and a challenge.

Yea...it is good. I can't.

Well...i can, but its really slow. If i try and go fast my fingers hit eachother, so its faster and more effective for me to double step at the moment...plus im used to it and can do it really fast.

Yeah the end of reach's uber rave is good practice for mass lefts.

That DWI is a dream 1 handed though.

Its a dream with your index fingers, you must mean. The strain on your hand, hitting constant streams without any rolls with just one hand is insane, most people will lock up and get a cramp. I can do it, but its still hard to grade well.

But yea...it is good practise for left streams. I can destroy left streams. I can AAA like first try any kind of left stream at like 1000 bpm. Any faster or if its really long and ill usually screw up.

yeah, wtf XD I can't really think of anything that's a dream 1 handed(except masturbation ROLFMJF) since I can't stand how tired it makes me.

I only use 2 index on arch's stuff, but from a technical point of view (no wierd spins and a huge #*@&#*& mass left section) yeah 2 index is what I would use if I were going to AAA it.

The mass lefts wouldn't be hard to do on 4 fingers if there were no downs... but it goes into like alternating downs XD. #@&*#^ it.

If I'd stop changing styles constantly I could probably FC reach's uber rave pretty easy with 4 fingers... mass lefts just takes practice.
Lately I've been playing a lot of 2 finger method to practice DDR songs and just to see if I can get good at 16th streams at higher BPMs... I dunno I haven't been interested in trying to really improve lately heh
