Yep, I didn't even start the god damn fight. I was hit first. But, since he was hurt, I got charged with domestic battery w/ inflicting bodily harm. >_> (Check out the pictures)

Probably. But, I used to get beat pretty bad. My father threw my t.v.'s in my room at me about 3 or 4 different times. Also, he used to hit me and my mother. But, it's all different now.
