I accidently knicked the down arrow key with my wrist while i was starting this song and i let go but got one average at the end...

Wait what, that isn't possible to get rank one without getting all perfects and no boo's / averages, especially on such an easy song.

Something tells me you've used secret arrows.

The fact that the other 9 scores are 221,650 (the max) and yours is higher further proves that.

No, he only used exactly one hidden arrow, but he was obviously trying to get it. He also did get 6 boos, not the 15 that someone else said.
