Wink How is Anime similar to Manga?

Simple. Anime is the same as manga wich is in black and white.
Anime is in color. They come in japaneese or in english.
For example, This ugly yet beautiful world.
It comes in japaneese. And thus, Anime is
similar to manga. Any questions?

There are definitely differences to a Manga and an Anime. In a Manga, you have pictures on a piece of paper. You have to do the work and use your imagination to see the motions in character movement and their town of voice. However, in the anime, you are given the pleasure to sit in front of a TV or computer and watch the animated fights. In addition, it's somewhat easier to understand the message of the character because it's pretty obvious when they are trying to be sarcastic or not. Also, music.

Most anime's if they are based off of a manga are VERY different. For example, In the Naruto manga,Ten-Ten and Temari's fight in the Chuunin Exams is barely shown, and in the anime they spend a good 10 minutes showing their fight, which Ten-Ten loses. Also EVERY NARUTO EPISODE PAST EPISODE 135 HAS BEEN A FILLER which means it is not in the manga, it was made for the ANIME.There are some random fillers earlier on, like Epsiodes 56 and 101, but past episode 135 there are about 5 seasons of fillers. So basically the Naruto manga is 100 chapters behind, which is close to 12 volumes!!!

Dear Dancedance,

When a mod locks your topic, it is for a reason.

The mod can choose whether or not he would like to give that reason.

In any case, recreating a locked topic is considered arguing with the judgement of the staff, and gets you a good ol' ban.

I'll take the blame for this one.

He made a duplicate thread. When I saw that two existed with the exact same content, I just locked the other one since it didn't have responses yet.

As such, he didn't recreate a locked topic.

That'll teach me to lock threads without posting...

I kinda figured that was the situation, but still.

Manga turns into Anime. That's the similarity. If a manga is popular, they get a time slot on some TV channel and they animate it.
