Metal Dance Pad Help

I finally got just enough money to purchase a metal dance pad from www.redoctane.com Do I have to register AND THEN put the MDP in my shopping cart? If so, what do I do after the MDP is in the shopping cart, wait for it to ship to me? I am confused. . .
PLZ Help!

pad to shopping cart. Shopping cart to checkout. enter credit card info and all required stuff.

THEN wait for arrival. It works like all other online shops.
