Re: The Wii is Here.
The days I play, I play for maybe an hour or two.
The day I got it, I played 4-6 hours a day. Then I beat all of my games >_> Some of my games are more fun than others. For that reason, I'm not too interested in trying to 100% Monkey Ball like I am trying to 100% Elebits. |

Re: The Wii is Here.
itracker is worthless.
By the time it's updated, the store that updated has already been sold out for a full day. Really, I'm starting to feel that the "National Availability: 7%" is 100% stores that keep ****ty records and in reality no place has them at all, ever. In fact, I'd wager that this is a huge trick that the rest of the world is pulling on me and the console does not actually exist. Sure, there are those demo consoles set up all over the place, but I HAVE YET TO SEE A PLAYABLE ONE. Yeah... it's so obvious now... it's all a joke... the Wii does not actually exist.

Re: The Wii is Here.
The EB games near me got three. I went in to buy some cheap PS2 games (Ended up getting 7 Samurai 20XX and The Thing for fifteen bucks total) and there were people milling around in there.
It looked like they were all going to fight over who got there first, but it was actually really congenial and nice. The people who got there later left, and one guy gave his spot up to a mom trying to surprise her kid.

Re: The Wii is Here.
K, so maybe the last level wasn't that hard.
Took four tries, but I got it. Now I have to S-rank everything to unlock perma-vacuum. I just got a perma-full power gun with the completion of all 25 challenges, so that's awesome. ps I'm still looking for the main theme of this game. Konami sells the song on their site, so it has to be out there somewhere. |

Going to Best Buy tomorrow morning.
Chris I'm going to kick you in the balls if they have none. (also, stay away from the 13 & Gratiot one. that's mine, bitch.)

No need to kill Chris. It's been posted in numerous places on the Internet.
Good luck. I mean, if you get it, you can also get Warioware! Heck, that adds validity right there. Last time Best Buy held shipments, they released their held shipments on the same day Elebits launched. Hmmmmmmm. |

And if you don't want to risk it, call ahead... or something. I don't mind so much when I waste my own gas, but I'll feel bad if I end up wasting yours. EDIT: There's nothing wii related in this week's Best Buy weekly ad on their website. This does not look good for Homestar Runner.

Re: The Wii is Here.
Oh uh...
Looks like a bunch of OTHER rumors point to the 21st as the next shelf day. Well, I don't know what to tell you. If it happens to be tomorrow and you miss it thinking it's the 21st, you'll kill me. If it happens to not be there tomorrow and you get in line hours before the store opens, you'll kill me. I lose either way! Back to 100%ing elebits. 25 stages S-ranked so far! |

Re: The Wii is Here.
Nothing =(
Went to Best Buy, was 2nd in line of a line of about 10 people. We walked in and there were no Wiis, so me and the first and third people in line waited for the morning shipment to come in. While we waited, I went around to Toys R' Us, Gamestop, and Target, all with no luck. Truck came, no wiis. Aghhhhh.

Awesome. Got 2134 skill points in boxing. I can knock them out first round. It's a shame that your opponents don't go beyond 1500 odd skill level.

Re: The Wii is Here.
Yeah, I got my information from wiiseeker. (ps3seeker.com/wii). They said Target set the bar for the other stores or something like that.
In any event, if it didn't work out this morning, try Target next weekend. They were awesome to me on launch day =) |

Re: The Wii is Here.
Also didn't have any. However, the guy there did say that they'd be getting regular shipments in starting like next week or something.
Possible BS, but I'd rather have false hope in this instance.

Re: The Wii is Here.
I feel bad because mine is just sitting around. I haven't bought any games outside of Zelda.
Then again, I did camp out for 14 hours, so meh. |

Re: The Wii is Here.
I have about four games for it already. Zelda, Farcry, Elebits, Wii Sports. I can't wait till Animal Crossing is released.
