Hint: Nobody on the staff (aside from Synth) wanted to be a mod right off the bat. We were asked by the staff and we accepted the position.

There's no "training" or "studying" you can do in order to be a mod. We choose people who we think exemplify the qualities of a moderator.

If I were allowed to give you a list of all the people we've been considering should the need arise, I would. Because it's a pretty long list and it generally consists of people who have been here for two-three years and have thousands of [RELEVANT AND COHERENT] posts.

Personally, I think you'd have a much better time here if you stopped trying to rise above the rest and just try to fit in.
