Where can I find COOL forum banners/programs?

I see alot of guys in the forums have really cool forum banners where can I find them at any good sites? also are there any programs where I can make my own?

No, you were confused by his choice of wording. You only want to make it a grammar issue to look cool in front of the higher-ups.

You can make a banner by yourself in MS Paint. If you don't know how to use it, just mess around with the tools until you figure it out.

If you want to find them, THEY'RE JUST PICTURES; GOOGLE IMAGE SEARCH THEM.

If you want to make them, READ THE ABOVE POSTS FOR PROGRAM SUGGESTIONS.
