Did he? Sorry, but I thought all of his violent acts were towards the peoples of his own nation and the peoples of surrounding nations.
I mean, I guess he would be hostile towards us when we invaded his country a while back, but that's our doing. I think a leader of a nation has every right to be hostile to an invader, regardless of who the leader is and who the invaders are. But yeah, last I checked, he never invaded the US, attacked us unprovoked, or had plans to attack us unprovoked. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a desire to do those things, but he never actually even tried to do any of them. International groups can "outlaw" whatever the **** they want, but that doesn't mean that there's anyone to enforce it.
