Saying "sorry" and then ban evading is basically saying, "I was wrong, I regret my actions... but I'm ignoring your punishment." One word does not make it okay for you to trump the decisions of the admin and do whatever the hell you want.
You're lucky you haven't been permabanned at this point. If it were me, I certainly would have.
