12 Songs of FFRmas Discussion - Page 9

don't know the individual songs as well as I should, but a missed note or two in the part before the part before beethoven virus, an extra note or two in the part before beethoven virus, some inconsistency with 32nds in stepping beethoven virus, and the pattern selection for the portion after beethoven virus wasn't that great (just having a double at the start of every phrase and copypasting the stream is lazy... it would have been cool to see the pattern mixed up every time the next descending scale began).

but really pretty decent steps, as far as that song goes. Hard to mess up on something like that.

I noticed the missing note in HD5 and BV 32nd inconsistency after submitting, but thought they were too trivial to bother resubmitting.

No idea what you mean about the other thing. The part after BV is Winter, which doesn't seem to make any sense at all with what you said.

uh maybe it's the part after the part.... it's the one where it's a gigantic stream where the melody is descending scales and the beginning of each scale is an 84 double embedded in the stream.

Oh, that. Didn't really think it should have been mixed up any more than it was, personally...wanted to keep it going in the same direction (right to left) throughout, and there are only a few ways of doing that while not making it awkward...meh.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING file. THIS is how an FFR file should be. Simply put, this was stepped to perfection... running men, jumpstream, trills, everything integrated perfectly into the song. Congratulations Shash I love you.

It's good I guess, but you missed some obvious sounds. I don't know, maybe I just don't like it because I was probably going to step it someday, and the stepchart I have in my mind is much different.

I love the song and my skill is probably to bad appricate the steps. Im interested to see what re-birth's steps would be like.

The steps are nice challenge but it is all fairly doable, make a very replayble song.

Ditto. Except I actually did start, but stopped on the ground that the file would be full of AIDS thanks to FFR's scroll speed.

First expert FFRmas song, got way harder this time.
awesome DM Ashura song.

Overall pretty fun file.. doubles in Revo part (I know it's going with the bass drum, but still) was kinda weird for me, messed up first time. Personally I like the running man part in Sonata though. BV guitar part should be stepped more.
