That was a good story. If it is real it would answer a lot. If it is fake then that person should start writing books.

It was a great story, and written very intelligently. Glad I read it.
The entire story screams LSD though. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if it was written based on a intense trip.

This is no less plausible nor no more plausible than any major religion in the world. All the great prophets or whatever etc etc all claimed to have been talking to god and whatnot and this guy says the same thing so I would consider it just as true as Judaism/Christianity/Islam/etc.

I'd really like to believe this story, but as God states, people won't believe it or take it seriously. Very interesting read. |

An interesting read, and a pretty nice find. True or not, the story is really inspiring. I too happen to think that we should work together to better ourselves as a race even before I read the conversation, although the conversation seemed to be a lot more specific on the requirements. Nonetheless, the conversation should be shown to more people, but some will also need explaining to that the meaning behind it is not about the religion, but about how we should work together to become better as a whole.

Cute story, but it seems to be flawed in that Harry is atheistic rather than agnostic, and thus his ego would still be greatly bruised, even if it would be in a different manner from your average theist.

I like how you quoted the entire story to say one meaningless sentence... moron.
In any case, i think this story uses god as a main figure to show how the story should be taken. It shows an extreme need to start thinking about survival for our race, and that there are too many pointless religious battles going on that waste time and further shorten the fuse on humanity's existence. Although i dont believe it as far as the whole god thing goes, it was interesting to read and it came up with a few really good points. |

When it comes to god vs science, I tend to go on the side where god doesn't exist.
However, South Park has taught me one thing, and that is it is not whether or not god exists, it is the morals to be learnt from the stories told: to be a good neighbor, to be forgiving to people, to be kind to people, and in this case, to take things some things seriously. ~Tsugomaru |

He definetly should have asked him for a name. I know it's an unnecessary detail, but when you meet someone for the first time, they don't say, Hi i'm Person, why would a god not have a name? Even if he is THE god. Am I the only one who wonders this?

There are 6.5 billion people in the world, doubling every fifty years or so.
We are inventing new crap that could wipe the planet all the time. All we need is one psycho (probably with some buddies) to get access to one, put his mind to it, and it's bye-bye planet. Extremely smart writer though. Fun read.

Get out of CT. If you can't even be smart enough to check dictionary.com before posting something like that, then really.

Also, it was a good read but it does indeed sound like fiction, much like the incredibly well written bible. |

I noticed this too. Either it was a good writer who intended to strengthen the similarities between God and man (which was a major point in it), or it was a bad writer that makes all of his characters the exact same.
