Default Casino Royale WARNING SPOILERS INSIDE!!!!

Wow. This movie was the best Bond screening I've seen. Thrilling action, mild well tasted humour at some parts, and it kept you guessing the whole way through.

The new Bond is a bad ass. He's know Sean Connery, but he fits the role like a glove. He's tough, brutally sophisticated, and knows how to play cards. A good story, despite the fact that it's an oldy.

I highly recommend that you go see this, if you haven't already.

I saw this bootlegged before it came out in theaters. I liked it, but the last 30 minutes was boring as hell.

I was wondering why a thread hadn't been made for this.

Saw it last night, it was excellent. Craig delivers an excellent performance, the plot is great, and the action is fast-paced and intensed. The chase in the beginning was insane.

Go see it now.

I was disappointed in what girl they chose to play the girl's part. She wasn't hot enough.

She did a good job as Vesper though. Really fit the part. Even the animation at the beginning was cool, usually it's boring and lame. I think this movie's a new cornerstone for good Bond films.

I saw this over a week ago. Probably the one part that had me really into the movie was when he was going into cardiac arrest. It definitely had me sitting on the edge of my seat =)

Saw it, Loved it. I liked how they took the original book and converted it to a more modern setting. Unfortuantely, they left out a few of my favorite parts from the book, but those were just the little things. The most important one imo:

SPOLIER ALERT

When Le Chiffre (sp?) was torturing bond with the carpet beater. Bond is supposed to pass out from the pain after about an hour. Then when he comes to again, there is supposed to be the assassin there to kill Le Chiffre. After Le Chiffre is killed the assassin SHOULD have turned to Bond and said something like "You are lucky it is not part of my orders to kill you, so i will let you live. but, I will mark you" And with that, the assassin should have carved SS in russian onto bonds left (if i remember correctly) hand signifying that he is a spy.

END SPOLIERS

Whatever, it was still a great movie. I can't wait for the next one. And on that note, I wish that they would make a movie trilogy out of three of the Raymond Benson Bond novels. They would be a perfect candidate, in my opinion, for 3 back to back to back films. Anyone interested in anything Bond should really check out Raymond Benson.

If you're gonna give away scenes like that make sure you give notice to people that it's spoiler. Don't want to ruin the movie for anyone, I'd advise that you edit.

*Changed title of thread.

You better watch these spoilers, I believe it is against the rules to post spoilers without an alert, Animefreak.

and actually, Scorpio and HVAM posted a couple of spoilers too, albeit miniscule, they're still spoilers.

Make sure you have an alert on next time like Psychoskater, who did an excellent job in doing so.

I would definitly have to agree with you about the beginning chase scene. I liked the cool moves they kept puling off in order to escape/catch him and ultimately thought they did a great job with that scene. Also, when Bond What the HELL is your problem?!, I know that they add dramatic effect to the "stunts", but the distance the car got while flipping seemed a bit unreal, even for movies. Arguements aside however, this really was a great movie. I heard the next one is supposed to be finished in 2008 with Daniel Craig again.

Wow and right after we were scolded for spoilers. I swear people don't read the threads before they post. =\
