The first thing we learned in Teaching in Secondary Schools was "You can be sued for ANYTHING. Whether or not the lawsuit will be brought to court or thrown out is the tricky part."

and also i think the cop did it cause the police cars back doors lock and cant be opened from the inside which means that kid must have been really annoying
