Yeah, I just literally got done with MGS3 Subsistance about 2 minutes ago and I was blown away by the ending. Leave it up to Kojima to put in his heart-wrenching, mind-boggling, and wacky plot twists in his series. :P
Also, I managed to beat Max Payne 2 and Shadow of the Colossus (again) this break, so now it's time to go play Snake vs. Monkey. lol

Hmm... In November, I've actually only played all the way through two games - Tsukihime and Xenosaga III.
I played Tsukihime for 10 days in a row, starting on November 5th, and finishing on the 15th. Pretty much all of those days were spent doing nothing but playing it. I only averaged about 5 hours per day on weekdays, but I managed to get around 10 on weekends. However, I did take a break on day 8, and did not play it at all. I'd say it probably took around 50 hours to completely read through every path, with each path averaging around 10 hours. If I had not used the scene skip function to skip scenes I had already read (doesn't really help that much, but it adds up when you factor in every path), I probably would have taken about 5-10 more hours. I am currently in the process of writing a review/reflection of Tsukihime. The game has a great deal of material to analyze, but I hope to have it done by tonight. For now, I'll just say that it is quite possibly the greatest game I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I began Xenosaga III on November 21st, and finished it on November 25th. I played it for around 6 hours on the 21st, 13 hours on the 22nd (Miltia is badass), 3 hours on the 23rd (it was Thanksgiving), 8 hours on the 24th, and then finished up the last few boss fights and cutscenes in around 2 hours on the 25th. If I had had Thanksgiving to work on it, I could have completed it in three days for sure. I decided to pace it a little bit, though, since I knew I wouldn't have much time to play it on Thanksgiving. Total completion time was around 30 hours. I wrote a review/reflection of Xenosaga III a day or two after completing it. It is an extremely good game, and a worthy successor to the legacy of Xenogears. You can read my full thoughts on my LiveJournal. (Scroll down a bit.) Currently, I'm working on Tales of the Abyss. I really just began, though, so I only have about an hour on the clock so far. Tomorrow begins December, so I'll suppose I'll count it as a December playthrough... Random thought: TotA has an excellent OP.

Finally got around to completing Dungeon Siege on girlfriends laptop with her team (she only played it when I was there to do it, so I completed it).
Also completed Chrono Trigger for the first time ever (always got bored), wondering if I should get them to level 99 and fight ultimate spekkio or not. Completed Paper Mario 100% not so long ago. Currently playing: GTA: SA (hardly play it lately, but I'm sure I'll get around to completing at least the main story line) Dungeon Siege II (fun game, am near the end of Act I [There are 3 acts]) Madou Monogatari (loli lawlz, such a stupidly childish RPG but I'll complete it anyway) Own and still to actually start playing: Fable: The Lost Chapters (started this but never got into it, so it's collecting dust) Diablo II (same with this). |

I have a habit of only getting games 95% done before going on to the next one. On like the second to last level in Disgaea 2 and haven't played in like a week...

A couple of friends and I decided to play every single one of our Zelda games for the Game Boy in honor of Twilight Princess. I've already gone through Link's Awakening and Oracle of Seasons. Halfway through with Oracle of Ages.
Also beat both Paper Mario's for GCN and N64 for the hell of it. Oh and Need for Speed Underground 2, which is surprisngly long

It took me about 30 hours to beat the game. It took me around 300 hours to complete the postgame. Hopefully, I will be able to streamline this in subsequent playthroughs - I was unfamiliar with powerleveling/grinding techniques in D2 on my first time through. I should be able to reduce my total time to less than 100 hours. My best time for postgame completion (including main game) in Disgaea 1 is around 50 hours, but D2 has a much longer postgame.

I just beat the old 64 Zeldas again last week, and I'm 90% done NWN (finally).
Just started Baiten Kaitos, Fire Emblem PoR, and have NWN2 for when I finish NWN. To those thinking "wtf those r old", I'm catching up from my WoW addiction. Oh hell, and I have to get back to beating Ninja Gaiden on Master Ninja.
