I have to put my dog down tonight.
Ive had her for around 9 years. She is a boxer, and kinda sick, and she is old, so I guess you could say this is putting her out of her misery. |

Haha, well.. My hamster's been 'dying' for about two weeks.
o_o; I'd explain what I mean but it is seriously gross.

Sucks. I remember when I was about 10 and my parents had to put my old dog down. I was in a hard depression for what must've been 2 straight weeks. And then my cat got ran over shortly thereafter.
![]() Putting a dog down that is old and sick is probably better since, let's face it, a painful death has got to be really really sucky. Just try and think of the good times to make the transition period a lot easier to get into. |

My condolences. If it's just going to be miserable, it's for the best though.

Awww i'm sorry your dog died.
Some stupid kid managed to rip 2 of my puppy's (5month old mini schnauser) teeth out today and i was acting as if it was a life or death situation. As much as it is the best thing for the dog, it is still hard to deal with (The puttion down, not the teeth falling out).
