Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Does it really matter what caused the delay? It happened and whatever they are trying to fix will be fixed instead of being released broken and crappy. Count it as a blessing, not a curse.

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
They should just work faster. Or just not have a release date. I had planned out smash brawl parties that week. Now i'll have to request off and tell my friends to request off all over again. Sure the tweaks are welcomed. But if don't have a definite release date don't freaking tell the world on your blog that thousands of dedicated people are checking every day.
This sucks so much. I have my wii on hold at my job, cuz i don't want one for any reason other than smash. I was going to buy it the day brawl came in so I could actually justify the purchase of this casual gamer console. If I actually bought the wii ahead of time, I would have beeeeen more pissed. Actually I don't know what i would have done if I had already bought the console. It'd be a grimmer day.Comment

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Oh my god.
Shut up you ungrateful bastards.
The development team consists of the director (Sakurai) and a bunch of novice programmers who just happened to like Melee. What the hell did you expect with just a small handful of people working on a game this huge?Comment

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Ungrateful? In case you haven't noticed we are PAYING for it and some of us already have. If it was free then you could call us "ungrateful". If you don't have an accurate release date then you should not put any release date out at all. For example SC2. Blizzard is the best =]Comment

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
This man has spent over two years solely on one video game. The game has been delayed to give him an additional three months.
Complaining is only going to put more stress on the guy.
There are literally dozens of other great games on every console that you can enjoy in the meantime.
Video game developers delay games all the time. It's generally to make the game better or adjust it based on new information. They have no obligation to release on a specific date, nor do they have any obligation to tell you why the game is being delayed.Last edited by Squeek; 01-15-2008, 12:42 PM.Comment

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Delayed again I'm guessing by the complaining? Ah well. Don't get me wrong, I am anxious for the game, but don't you think you are over-reacting slightly guys? They wouldn't just randomly delay the game for fun. They are delaying it because they want it to be just perfect. It is my money I am spending on the game, I would like them to work their best on it, make the game amazing, and delay the release then it be released sooner and hear "Oh well we could of done this" or find some type of glitch in the game, and the game end up not being worth the money I paid for it.Comment
