So looking through that I'm pretty sure that moderators can't arbitrarily just start people at certain numbers.

I get what OWA did, but there's nothing in the rules for what velocity did.

Heres a free hundred for Velos silliness and mistakes, Any moderator or admin or anyone like that who wo much as posts resets the score, we cant come in here and post without participating thats just lolsy, Velos 7xx didnt count cause it was very much illogical, someone PM the new record Ended at velos 'wtf" to benguin or somethang, Next numbers 101 due to the Moderator tag teaming rule and my 0 before 2
