Re: sup Texas
Also, stay off of Beltway 8 (aka Sam Houston Tollway) unless you want to pay a toll. It's around $1.00 - $1.75.

Re: sup Texas
From what it looks like, I'll be paying tolls once I enter Oklahoma, so I don't care.

Re: sup Texas
I just heard from my friend that he has to go to Louisville that weekend with his family, so I don't think I can make it =/
Only way I could make it now is if I bought a $90 tire for my car, then magically gained $200 I could spend on gas for the trip. His car: 45 miles per gallon. 1600 mile trip = $120 in gas My car: 28 miles per gallon. 1600 mile trip = probably $240 in gas. Plus eating expenses, money for doing crap out there. I'd need $400, and I have 200. |

Re: sup Texas
Nothing good happens in Houston anyway.
Anybody who argues against this statement has never been to downtown Austin. PS- Gamepro- Take a bus. The prices are merely a fraction of gas prices. |

Re: sup Texas
I have a job, but I can only work when my "employers" have something for me to work on, which 70% of the time... is nothing. So I end up making not so much money. But I get paid great for when I do have something to do

Re: sup Texas
I ****en live 14 miles away from Planet Zero. They've got Supernova, Pop n' Music, Para para (lol), Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune, F-Zero, a **** ton of fighting games including random japanese obscure melty blood fighting games, and hot azn chicks that go there every now and then. (Last I looked at their website they were getting a Beatmania IIDX 15 DJ TROOPERS machine? I haven't checked recently. Maybe they have it now.)
I_Love_You/Kiki lives like less than 20 mins away from me, my civic is out of commission atm, I drive an '99 intrigue oldsmobile as a tempfix, I've got 2 desktops, 2 laptops, wireless internet, a Pump It Up Zero machine five minutes away from me at the local movie theaters, an r21 ITG 2 machine at the nearby mall, there's a DDR Extreme machine at mountasia with unlimited games on tuesdays (And spring break I think), and rock band at my place. that's what we'd be looking at if you came here to Houston. I'm pretty sure there's other people I don't talk to much that lurk here that live nearby me that don't even know it, so. Yeah. We could also collab on a bunch of simfiles and **** and come up with some epic sims or whatever if that's what you want to do too. Just some food for thought. EDIT: People who have been to Houston have no idea how awesome the scene is here if they haven't even sought it out. Also, I'm fairly certain you could pick up Anobody and HST on the way. though I don't know how many miles that would add and plus they would have to want to go in the first place.

Re: sup Texas
I could meet you at Hendrick Middle School only 262 miles (4ish hours) from Houston. That is the middle school I went to last year, I am 14 now, so I'm a freshman now in Highschool.
Go take a look on Google Maps or what... I can't drive yet btw, so anywhere we go I bike... if we go anywhere.... Kinda far for you though, I was so psyched about you being here..... My thoughts are very unorganized.....

Re: sup Texas
Austin really is the only place in texas worth going to. Everywhere else pretty much sucks a lot. I live in dallas which isn't THAT far from austin but a bit if a drive none the less.
