it just felt odd to arrive at the same solution with completely different reasons
that + the seer idea gave me cold feet

by claiming not having a night action, he threw out any legitimacy of a future seer claim
we had people doing hypos at the beginning of the thread, providing cover (even if it ultimately was futile). I feel like the precedent had been set for covering the seer, even if hypo was out of the question

We should decide our lynch target a little early, so they can claim seer if necessary. If the Seer isn't going to be lynched, they shouldn't claim. And don't claim seer if you're not seer, it will screw everything up even if it buys you another day.

I feel kind of lost simply due to not having any night action to really steer where I want to be thinking or looking between interactions because at the moment, interactions are simple nudges at best, couple of comments here and there and some prods where people might lean a vote.

A seer claim can be confirmed by the lack of a counterclaim. It's not a question of losing future legitimacy.

At the time I read this as him lamenting that there wasn't a night 0 proceeding the day as on other sites, as questions about what was allowed on FFR's D0 were recently being asked that seemed reasonable

I guess I see your take on it and it's pretty reasonable, but wouldn't refer to it as a claim. A slip at most
