I was one of the fake know-it-alls. I got tricked!! I thought I was slick!!

Based on who got picked as a know-it-all, who got picked as a wolf, and who got picked as a PR, it DOES sound like the mastermind is a veteran, or at least someone familiar enough with the community to make those decisions. It's always possible that sunfan played a hand in making the selections too, but still, just for the sake of example let's say it was actually someone like funkywong or spongebob who got picked...I don't think sunfan would say, "Hey, you can pick whoever you want, but it'd be really funny if you made backpack the SK and xiz a fake know-it-all." So we can assume that at least a good chunk of the choices were made by the mastermind themselves.

But then, considering the goal of the mastermind is to not be guessed, why would they select a team composition that points towards them being identified? Here's some options I can think of:

1) They don't care as much about winning or losing and wanted to pick a composition that'd be funny/memorable for TWG200.
2) They made their selections in earnest with no ulterior motives.
3) They made their selections in an attempt to frame another player who would go with option 1 or 2.
4) They made their selections in an attempt to frame a player who would go with option 3.

For option 1, I could see it being blind, backpack, haku, or cel.

For option 2, I could see it being subaru, blind, charu, xel, or haku.

For option 3, I could see it being tforce (frame fg) or raeko (frame any given veteran).

For option 4, I could see it being xiz.

I honestly think the answer is just T-Force here given Freezin & DBP are in cahoots with that information with one another and verify each other's information. If there's one mastermind and either of them are it then that doesn't make sense, and other know-it-all's should have the game information showing that there's nothing random or separate in wincon's that would have them behave in that fashion.

Only issue with these beliefs is that they're either heavily sheeped or have literally no basis behind them. There's a lot of things pointing to it being them and a lot of things pointing to it NOT being them, so for me unless there's some revelation I'm.. not too sure how to divine who's who.

We know replacements would absorb the role of Mastermind if they subbed out. We also know the modkilled players were not the Mastermind as sunfan confirmed this.

From this, it's process of elimination.
The new players are automatically out as they wouldn't know a lot, or any, of the other players, nor any of the fun lore (ex. FG and I on opposite teams; DBP as SK, etc).

Mcdaddio, kappa, and logman/star-crossed get crossed off here.
Bug stays because they know enough of us, and also have heard about DBP's penchance for winning as 3P.

Alternatively, cedolad hasn't played in years and may not know a lot about the current playerbase and lore. Thus, I think cedolad can get crossed off here.

Next up, and this is a biggie for me. Who would sunfan go to for building a game. It would have to be someone sun is comfortable enough with, and has experience in game building.

T-Force (I like how you list yourself) definitely a contender if they wanted to set up the game explicitly to frame Xiz if they knew this was going to happen.

Who puts a new player, and one who has ZERO connection to anyone here, as a wolf.

Actually, going to logman's profile, he has on his friends list (ergo proving some form of connection prior):
Hakulyte, Subaru, gold stinger. Shadow_God also claims to know who they are.
Both subaru and gold stinger were the only ones who signed up before logman.
