                that room is out of play for the rest of the game
                all the towns in that room die, so anywhere between 0-9(?) deaths can occur this first night, its all up to the human version of RNG

                the power roles save some towns but only if they're in the same room as other towns and that room gets burned

                the original setup had buildings in a city like the library, the school, etc, it might be easier to think of it that way

                arsonists also win if they burn down all the buildings but that's never really been close before
