My thing is, how can the state prove that a person traveled to another state for an abortion? How does the state even know that someone became pregnant?

I'm far from wrong lol. You are literally killing something that isn't born. If someone is raped and doesn't want the baby which is completely understandable they shouldn't be charged with shit or forced to keep the baby. This is wrong on so many levels.

I get what you meant I think. Yes a fetus is "living" while it is attached to a woman's body but it's not developed enough to be it's own living thing that can survive life on it's own.
