Also wasnt a fan of the layering choice on the chorus M25?. You followed the light drum hits but as I was listening to the song I was following along the trilling guitar sound and barely heard those drum sounds.
Not sure what you're referring to for the melody being unlayered - I thought the instruments and melodies were fairly obvious in this song (and so it's for the most part straightforward). Any measures you can point out?
The chorus: I don't hear a trilling guitar, but instead I thought the drums stood out pretty easily. Maybe we hear things differently or even have our audio (treble/bass) set up differently.

Thanks for finding the transitions interesting. The song's a steady 140 BPM, so I don't think anyone should have a problem with them.

You're not the first person whom I've said this to, but please try out the heavy version - the entire chart isn't modified to be an entirely easier version, but rather it's an alternative chart that's pretty much the same with the exception of the trills. The heavy chart is for trillphobic players. The patterns are isolated to only two sections of the song, after all.

Yeah it does feel a bit empty, doesn't it? I did feel a bit restricted in arrow placement though, since there were dual holds which only leaves me to two free lanes.

Thanks, I also never really thought the song was all that steppable until I listened to it several times. I grew to really like the song, and it just happened to present some interesting opportunities that I would've never imagined at first.

yeah, was wondering if you would have been able to sacrifice one of the holds for more columns to actually do anything live on stream. I've come to really enjoy files that actually make good use of holds, and i did enjoy the file otherwise

tbh i think my reviews are more of like, things to point out in the files, rrather than how much i enjoyed them
