bub i've dealt with serotonin syndrome personally not too long ago and i fucking implore you to get medical attention quickly. this is going to be very very painful, and if you did indeed take that much paxil, you risk permanent damage. not even talking about death here, I mean you could be handicapped for life due to the stress that that much serotonin puts on your nerves, your heart, your mind
